All items are carefully handmade and packed with care. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of purchase.
During busy periods (including the lead-up to Christmas), dispatch times may vary slightly. We always aim to send orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping Costs
We currently offer free shipping on all orders.
Packaging
To reduce waste and support more sustainable practices, orders may be shipped using reused or recycled packaging where possible. This does not affect the care taken in protecting your items during transit.
Delivery Method
Orders are shipped via standard postal services from the UK. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the carrier and destination.
At this time, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates.
Christmas & Seasonal Orders
While we will do our best to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, including Christmas. We recommend placing orders as early as possible during seasonal periods.
